【民航英語(yǔ)】旅客受傷了？這些“傷”怎么表達(dá)你會(huì)嗎？

Hurt

弄傷;傷害;(感情上的)傷心或痛苦

首先是最常見(jiàn)的hurt。它做及物動(dòng)詞時(shí)表示“使受傷;使疼痛”，可以直接跟賓語(yǔ)，比如“hurt oneself"意為把自己弄傷。

例句：She had seriously hurt herself while trying to evacuate from the plane.

她在企圖從飛機(jī)中逃生時(shí)受了重傷。

做形容詞時(shí)，hurt意思是”受傷的;痛苦的"。比如詢問(wèn)旅客是否受傷，我們可以問(wèn)“ Sir, are you hurt?"

Graze/Scrape

擦傷;擦破皮

可做及物動(dòng)詞和名詞。

例句： He had grazed his elbow a little.

他的胳膊肘擦破了一點(diǎn)皮。

Although my grazes are not serious, they are painful.

盡管我的擦傷并無(wú)大礙，但傷口卻很疼。

Bruise 瘀傷

bruise 做可數(shù)名詞時(shí)意為”瘀傷;青腫“。比如 There is a large bruise on my cheek.我臉上有一大塊瘀傷。

它也可以做動(dòng)詞，表示”受瘀傷“。比如 The passenger had bruised his knee. 這位旅客碰傷了他的膝蓋。

Sprain/ Pull

拉傷;扭傷

例如： The passenger has a sprain in his left ankle.

這位旅客的左腳踝扭傷了。

Pull做”拉傷“時(shí)，常見(jiàn)搭配有” pull the muscles"或“pull a muscle”，表示拉傷肌肉。
